Elise is currently seconded to One Peak from its legal counsel, Proskauer Rose.

Prior to One Peak, she has spent six years in private practice at three leading international law firms, Proskauer Rose, Clifford Chance and MinterEllison. Whilst in private practice, Elise advised private equity firms on raising investment funds across various growth, venture and buy-out strategies. She also represented institutional investors in their investments into funds as well as buyers and sellers on secondary transcations. Elise has significant experience working on international transactions, having worked in the UK, Germany and Australia. 

Elise speaks English and German and is qualified in Australia. She holds a double degree in Law and Humanities from the University of Adelaide, Australia. She also studied at the University of Mannheim, Germany.
